    We can hold medical supplies necessary for your stay at no additional charge prior to your check-in should you need to send them in advance (excluding large items and equipment that need to be installed in your room).Make sure to include the specific item name(s), size(s), amount(s), as well as the name of the company sending the item(s) in the free comment or notes field at the time of shipping. Please note that we cannot accept any items that require refrigeration or freezing due to hygiene-related concerns. Additionally, you will need to collect any parcels in-person on your check-in date.
